What types of tape products do you offer?
We offer a wide range of tape products, including but not limited to FTFE tapes, Polyimide tapes and films, packing tapes, duct tapes, masking tapes, electrical tapes, double-sided tapes, and specialty tapes. Whether you need a general-purpose tape or a high-performance tape for specific applications, we’ve got you covered.
How can I request a quote for the products I need?
You can add products to your quote list using the “Add to Quote” button on our website. Once you’ve added all the items, visit the Quote page, review your selections, and fill out the form to request a quote. Our team will get back to you with detailed pricing.
What is your return policy?
Most items are custom slit to your preference when ordered, so we cannot accept returns unless they are pre-approved for return and proven to be defective. Please contact us for assistance if you believe your item qualifies for a return.
Can I track my order after it has been shipped?
A tracking number will be provided on your invoice once the item has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.
Can I request a custom tape size or shape?
Yes, we provide custom conversion services, including die-cutting and other modifications. Please contact us with your specific requirements, and we’ll be happy to assist you in creating a tape solution tailored to your needs.
What is the lead time for orders?
Lead times can vary depending on the product and the quantity ordered. Standard in-stock items usually ship within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer. We will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you place your order.
