S590HT-DC2 POLYSIL HIGH TEMPERATURE DOUBLE SIDED ADHESIVE TAPE WITH LINER Double Coated Tape with Two Liners PolySil™ SP590HT-DC2 offers optimum performance in electrical and thermal insulation with a continuous service temperature range of -100°F to 500°F (-73°C to 260°C) with short term, intermittent service to 600°F (315°C). The high tack adhesive is excellent for quick and secure attachment. S590HT-DC2 – POLYSIL DOUBLE SIDED SILICONE ADHESIVE TAPE WITH LINER Typical applications: electronic applications and high temperature splicing. FEATURES & BENEFITS: 500F continuous service temperature, with 600F short term intermittent service temperature 1mil Polyimide carrier, 2mils silicone adhesive on each side 40oz/in peel adhesion For maximum adhesion, bonding surfaces should be clean, dry, and free from grease and oils. The firmer the application pressure and the greater the contact area, the stronger the bond. Bond strengths will increase as a function of time as the adhesive continues to wet out the bonding surfaces.
